If you wish, you can use the WonderDesk's FAQ (also known as a knowledgebase).  Research has shown that an FAQ can significantly reduce your workload by allowing customers (or technicians) to find the answer's they need. Customers and technicians can search for a keyword or phrase, or simply browse the categories and subcategories. You can define as many FAQ categories and subcategories as you desire in the control panel.
