Removing Technicians

Step 1. Removing a technician tracking account

·      Log in as admin.

·      Click the admin link.

·      Click the User List pull down menu and select the tech’s username.

·      Hit Inquire

·      Hit Delete

Step 2. Removing Techs from the control panel

  Head to the control panel under the Technician Setup link, and remove their name and email address.
