Search Failed
"There were problems with the search. Reason: no matching records."
This simply means that the WonderDesk did not find any records (calls, customers, FAQ’s) that matched your search.
Login Error
"Oops, there was a problem logging into the system: invalid/expired user session"
This means that the user log in session time limit has expired. In the control panel, you can set how long a customer/technician can be logged in before having to re-log back in.
Unauthorized Action
"The database program received a command that you are not authorized for."
This means that you don’t have sufficient permission (rights) to do what you were attempting.
This can also mean that the WonderDesk does not understand what you are trying to do.
Sometimes this can happen for those who are installing the WonderDesk on NT, and you don’t have allow anonymous connection turned on.
Calls Not Deleted
"The records with the following keys were not found in the database: no records specified."
This simply means you didn’t checkmark a call to be deleted.
Unable to Add Call
"There were problems with the following fields"
Certain fields (defined in default.cfg, customer.cfg, or faq.cfg) are required to be filled in. Just make sure to fill in the proper fields.
Internal Server Error
This generally has to do with the actual installation.
If on Unix/Linux web server, make sure you uploaded the WonderDesk files (except for the images) in ASCII mode, not Auto or Binary mode.
If on Unix/Linux web server, make sure you have the proper CHMOD permissions set on each file. For example, wonderdesk.cgi needs to have a 755 permission.
If on NT, make sure you edit all 4 .cgi files and define the path variable.
