The WonderDesk makes things really simple by placing everything relating to a customer (or technician, supervisor, administrator) all on one page. The username/password, contact info, normally serviced by, category, permissions, viewing limitations, adding limitations, and preferences all on one page! Additionally, if you'd like to add more fields, you can do that very easily. There are no limits to adding fields like: drop downs, check boxes, radio buttons, text fields, text area fields, etc.
The permissions and viewing limitations work very nicely together. You can control what any customer, technician, or supervisor is allowed to do, or see.
