This page is seen when a technician, supervisor, or administrator clicks the "List All" link. This shows the help desk calls that have been submitted by your customers (or calls that you have submitted on their behalf). This table shows the calls in a little bit more detail. The above image is just a screenshot, but when using the real product, the WonderDesk will show you what each icon is about to do when you place your cursor over it. You'll also notice the Exel icon at the top right hand side of the table. Any time you have two or more results (in any area of the WonderDesk: Help Desk, Customers, FAQ), you'll see this Excel icon. With one click, the WonderDesk will dump those results to an Excel spreadsheet. This can be useful for additional charting, graphing, reporting, exporting, archiving, etc.
