Targeted Technician Email Notifications

This page allows you to assign specific email addresses or email pager addresses for each category. For example, let’s say that Bob works in your finance department and wants to be notified whenever a customer adds a new call and chooses the "Billing Issues" category. All you need to do is enter in Bob’s email address for the Billing Issues category.

 

If there is more than one email address, just separate them by commas like this:

James@webwonderland.com,Monica@webwonderland.com

 

Emergency email / pager notifications

This option allows your customers to see an Emergency checkbox when submitting a new call. If they checkmark this box, a red Emergency flag will appear next to the new call and the WonderDesk will send an addition notification to the email/pager addresses that you list. Same as above, you can use more than 1 email address by separating them with commas.

 

Emergency phrase

This phrase appears to your customers when adding a new call. Default is "This is an emergency"
