ID
Each FAQ requires a unique ID number. When adding a new FAQ, the WonderDesk picks a new unique number to use.
Rank
The higher the rank number entered here will make it appear higher on the list when searching or listing all FAQ’s. Give it a large number like 85 if you want it to higher than a FAQ with a rank of 3. A Rank number is not needed. If you don’t enter a number, it is equivalent to 0.
Category
Different FAQ’s may be easier to understand if they are grouped into categories. You can define these FAQ Categories in the control panel, under Technician Setup.
Short Question
Sometimes the Question might be too long to look good when listing them under the "List All" page. If a short question is specified, it will be displayed when listing the FAQ’s, otherwise the WonderDesk will use what was entered into the Question field.
For example, on our FAQ page we have a short question that is shown:
How does the WonderDesk make our daily work easier?
When a customer clicks on it, it will bring them to the full question and answer:
How does the WonderDesk make our daily work easier for me and my technicians?
