With WonderDesk Standard, we've made an Excel utility that can import your WonderDesk data into a spreadsheet with just a click of a button. You can easily pull in your Customer info, Open or Closed call databases.
Likewise, we've also made an Access utility. The advantage of using our Access utility, is it lets you import and export data. This helps your company to export your customer information (for example) into the WonderDesk.
Many companies like to pull their WonderDesk databases into an Excel spreadsheet for archive purposes, or to run some charts and graphs on the data.
