Removing Customers

Step 1. Removing a customer tracking account

·      Log in as admin.

·      Click the admin link.

·      Click the User List pull down menu and select the tech’s username.

·      Hit Inquire

·      Hit Delete

Optionally, you may want to remove them from the Customer information database, but it’s not really necessary.
