The WonderDesk has some built in reports that can give you statistics on common things like: how many calls did each technician complete, how fast did he/she complete them, what type of calls are coming in, what priorities are they, how many calls did each customer submit, how many calls were closed on each day this month, etc. Each of these can be further broken down by open, closed, call duration times, month, year, and combination of month and year. If you add new help desk fields to your WonderDesk, you can also include them in this table of reports.
If there is something more specific that you are looking for, then the Search page will help you find exactly what you are looking for. Since the WonderDesk SQL is database driven, the searching is very powerful. You can search against any field or combinations of fields. Options for each field can be specified, like: Contains, Do Not Contain, Exact Match, Greater Than, or Less Than. You can do searches by Date or Date ranges. The more information you have, the more narrowed down your results will be. You can also use the keyword field, define maximum results per page, and sort by any field, and even choose ascending or descending order. Additionally, if there are two or more results you'll see an Excel icon. With one click, the WonderDesk will dump those results to an Excel spreadsheet. This can be useful for additional charting, graphing, reporting, exporting, archiving, etc.
