FAQ Overview

 

The F.A.Q. (Frequently Asked Questions) database, also known as a knowledgebase, is now incorporated into WonderDesk Standard and soon to be in WonderDesk SQL. The primary purpose is to allow your customers to find the answers on their own. This will help reduce the amount of unnecessary calls.

 

Technicians and the admin can add new FAQ’s to the database. Click on the "FAQ" link at the bottom left and click "Add" to add a new FAQ.
